Garrett Camp, the multibillionaire cofounder of Uber, has added yet another property to his vast real estate portfolio. Camp and his longtime partner, Eliza Nguyen, have purchased a property in the fashionable lower Trousdale Estates neighborhood in the 90210. The couple spent a record breaking $72.5 million for a brand new estate with the sale price ranking as the highest ever paid for a home in Beverly Hills. The residence had been quietly marketed at $80 million by real estate broker, The Agency, so Nguyen-Camp purchased the compound at a $7.5 million price reduction.

The structure sits on a lot of over an acre of land and has a subterranean car gallery. The lot has a lawn and an infinity pool. The structure is considered a contemporary with Bali-influenced touches. Last sold in 2014 for 13.7 million, the Trousdale property is being developed and flipped by Dugally Oberfeld.
