EDM dj and producer Zedd has relisted his Beverly Hills home for $20 million after several recent failed prior attempts to sell the home. Last fall Zedd closed on a new home in Encino and we are sure is quite ready for this home to move to a new owner.

Zedd (Anton Zaslavski) bought the home in 2018 for $16 million. The home has excellent views from it location at the end of Benedict Canyon.

The home takes advantage of its design for true indoor-outdoor living set on 3.2 acres of land. The home has approximately 9,500 SF of modern living in a 2-story home. There are a total of five bedroom along with eight bathrooms.

Additional features include a theater room with 4K laser projector, indoor-outdoor gym with bathroom, infinity pool, BBQ pit and large outdoor entertaining patios.

The home had been listed in April 2022 by Emma Hernan and Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group (and the Selling Sunset reality tv show on Netflix). At that time the property was listed for $22.995 million. The listing agreement apparently expired as the property is now listed by David Kramer and Andrew Buss of Hilton & Hyland with the new $19,999,000 asking price.
