This Grammy Award-winning DJ and record producer knows how to make an entrance, especially when the initial price tag was a cool $23 million back on June 28. Who says money can’t buy happiness?
Cue the splashiest closing in Encino this year! Sally Forster Jones of Compass and David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland represented the seller and boy, was it a rollercoaster of excitement. David and Andrew Buss from Hilton & Hyland teamed up to represent the buyer, while reality tv star Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers at Douglas Elliman was a co-lister on the sale. Joseph Peretz, the mastermind behind JVE Development, was the wizard behind the seller’s curtain.
Cue the confetti because the 18,000-square-foot showstopper officially wrapped up on Nov. 28. Talk about a Thanksgiving feast for the eyes!
