The property was listed by Lawrence A. Moens Associates who specializes in luxury homes in the Palm Beach and surrounding area. The home was built by Mark Pulte, son of Pulte Homes founder William Pulte.
Situated on over 2 acres of land, the property has 150 feet of beach frontage. The property has the usual accoutrements for a home in this price range such as a sauna room, gym and hair salon.
Ryan Serhant of the Million Dollar Broker New York tv show represented the buyer in the transaction. According to media reports, Scott Shleifer is the buyer of the property.
