Diplo’s Hollywood Hills abode was hotter than a freshly baked cookie. He tossed it on the market for $2.695 million just last month and, poof, it disappeared for $2.805 million in the blink of an eye.

Our Grammy-winning DJ, the one and only Thomas Pentz (aka Diplo), decided to trade in his stunning views for some extra elbow room. Last year, he scooped up Kid Rock’s Balinese-inspired Malibu mansion on 1.5 lush acres for a cool $13.15 million.

Now, this new spot may be a bit cozier at 2,500 square feet, but it’s got more nooks and crannies than your grandma’s attic. Terraces, decks, and patios sprinkle themselves all over the place to soak in the hillside vibes. Up top, there’s a penthouse suite with more glass than your favorite skyscraper, a lounge, a spa bathroom, and a private balcony for stargazing.

As you venture down, you’ll find all the living spaces, from a modern kitchen to an indoor-outdoor dining room that’ll make you feel like you’re eating in a garden. The great room’s got walls whiter than a snowstorm and a fireplace that’s cozier than a cup of hot cocoa.

But wait, there’s more! Down below, you’ll stumble upon a yoga retreat, an outdoor meditation spot that’s so Zen it practically levitates, and a recording studio that’s so soundproof, you could host a rock concert without the neighbors even noticing.

Oh, and there’s a courtyard that twinkles under string lights while it oversees the city below, making it the perfect spot for your next soirée.

In the end, Diplo made a pretty penny, pocketing nearly $400,000 in the process. According to records, he nabbed this gem for $2.425 million back in 2016.

And in case you didn’t know, besides his solo gigs, Diplo’s the genius behind Major Lazer and Jack Ü. This 42-year-old musical maestro has teamed up with the likes of Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Madonna, Justin Bieber, and Usher, all while racking up three shiny Grammy awards since 2016. His hits, including “Heartless,” “Electricity,” and “Where Are Ü Now,” have been the soundtrack to countless dance floors worldwide.

Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty waved the listing wand, while Katie Crain of Compass swooped in as the buyer’s magical guide.
