The face of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have sold their San Francisco home for $31 million, per Zillow. The home is located at 3450 21st Street in San Francisco in the Dolores Heights neighborhood.
The home was bought for approximately $10 million in 2012, leading to another massive windfall for the Zucks of over $20 million. Change for the billionaire however.
The home was built in 1928 and has 7,386 SF of space. There are four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home was added on to by approximately 1,800 SF while the Zuckerbergs owned the home as well as non-permitted space was subsequently permitted and added to the SF.
