Robbie Williams, the British pop star, recently purchased a lavish home in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles for $49.5 million. This comes after Williams sold his previous property in the Beverly Crest community to Drake for $75 million.
Robbie Williams new property is known as the Faring Estate. The estate has been on and off the market for years and has previously been listed for as much as $70 million. The home spans over 19,000 square feet and boasts eight bedrooms in the main house and two guest houses.
The two-story entryway offers a spiral staircase and the formal living room has a bar. The European style estate was originally built in the 1930s and sits on 2 acres and recently reconstructed in the early 2000s. It offers many amenities including a salon, wine cellar, childrens playroom, and a salt water swimming pool complete with a sauna, pool house, and fitness center.
The property was listed by multiple brokers including Aaron Kirman of Compass, Rayni & Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Linda May & Rick Hilton of Hilton & Hyland. Aaron Kirman also worked the other side of the deal representing the buyer per the MLS.
