Fashion exec Serge Azria sold his Bel-Air estate on Siena Way last month for $24 million, $11 million less than his asking price. The estate originally came on the market in 2017 for $35 million, however it was more recently listed at the reduced price of $25 million.

The gated estate is a 1930s traditional-style home designed by Paul R. Williams. The two-story house was updated by architect Scott Mitchell and features beamed ceilings, bay windows and hardwood floors. The 11,650 square foot house includes seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, loft-style office with a gym, wine and media rooms on the lower-level. The three-car garage has additional living space on top. French doors open to outdoor dining and living areas.
