A new build in the Bird Streets of West Hollywood Hills sold last month to a limited liability company for $33 million, $9.5 million less than the asking price. The Robin Drive contemporary designed by Xten Architecture has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in 17,000 square feet of space. The home has two kitchens, a wet bar and wine cellar with walls of glass that open from the main living spaces to a terrace as well as infinity pool.
