The music and movie mogul, David Geffen, recently dropped $30 million on an empty acre lot above Beverly Hills in the ultra-exclusive area known as “Billionaires Row.” The property was listed in May of 2018 for $39 million, so Geffen, 76, purchased it at a $9 million price reduction.
The property is set on top of a ridge with unobstructed views from the Pacific Ocean to downtown Los Angeles. The vacant land comes with plans for a 24,500 square-foot modern mansion that will have seven bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms. The mansion will also include a bowling alley, nightclub, bar, theater, salon, gym and a 140 foot swimming pool that will span the length of the property.
