Jason Oppenheim, star of popular Netflix series Selling Sunset will be branching out to the OC. After three successful seasons of his LA based show Selling Sunset, with a fourth season about to air later this month, Oppenheim announced that he will be doing a spinoff series titled Selling in the OC.
And of course he needs a home now in the OC. Just last month the 44 year-old real estate mogul purchased a stunning Mediterranean style mansion in Newport Beach. It’s just miles away from the new Oppenheim Group office in Corona Del Mar. This $7 million dollar mansion boasts 13,000 sqft of living space with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and plenty of indoor-outdoor spaces. Amenities include a wine cellar, movie theatre, billiards room, and dog washing station. The home surrounds its beautiful outdoor pool and spa. It is the third largest house to sell in Newport Beach this year.
Oppenheim seems to have gotten a deal on this home which was originally listed at $10 million then later dropped to $9 million before closing at $7 million.
This purchase comes following last year’s purchase of a $5.125 million dollar home in Mount
Olympus which was previously owned by Jeremy Renner.
