So, check this out: Mark Davis, the big shot behind the Las Vegas Raiders, just scored big by selling his swanky Summit Club condo for a cool $10.5 million. That sale kicked off the 2023 Las Vegas real estate market with a bang, topping the charts for luxury sales in January.
Davis had his condo listed at $13.5 million but ended up settling for $10.5 million. This place, built in 2021, is no joke—it’s 2,662 square feet with two bedrooms and three baths. According to the listing, it’s got a bedroom on the main level and the master downstairs. Davis initially snagged this pad for $5.3 million back in March 2021, as per Clark County’s records. Summit Club Realty was the matchmaker here.
Now, here’s where it gets even juicier. Davis selling his condo means he’s getting ready to move into his $14 million dream home nestled in the Henderson hillsides of Ascaya. He grabbed a 6.3-acre plot for $6 million and is currently having it constructed by luxury builder Blue Heron. The home will be located at 77 Sunset Strip.
Davis had also purchased a 1.21 acre lot for $8.5 million in 2017 in the Summit Club which he intended to build his home on however once he realized the lot did not have views of the Allegiant Stadium where his Raiders play, he sold the property.
