After originally asking $29,5 million in September 2022 then reducing the asking price to $28 million in December, the rapper just sold his Miami Beach waterfront home for $22.58 million.
The home has 110 feet of prime waterfront on Allison Island. The home contains 10,278 SF of living area designed by Cheoff Levy Fischman. The home was constructed in 2017 and has seven bedrooms along with nine bathrooms. As is usual in Miami, the home also has a pool along with a cabana. The home was originally built as a spec home by Larent Harrari. Neighbors include rapper Future.
The rapper did walk away with a profit after acquiring the home for just under $17 million in 2018. This is the second home property the rapper has sold in the past few years in Miami after selling his home on La Gorce Island in Miami in 2017.
