Calvin Harris recently broke even with the sale of his Hollywood Hills West home. The Scottish DJ purchased the contemporary-style property above the Sunset Strip for $7 million in 2013, which is the same price that it sold. However, the final price is much less than the original asking of $9.995 when the property first came on the market in 2016.
The renovated two-story contemporary built in the 1950s has a 10-car motor court with a double-gated driveway. The interior has hardwood floors with black accents including window frames and beamed ceilings. The open floor plan has an outdoor-indoor living room, dining area, modern kitchen and family room with a wet bar. The home has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a movie theater and sauna. A steel-and-glass staircase leads to the second story where the master suite overlooks the first floor through a wall of glass. The entertainer’s backyard has three fountains leading into an infinity pool with lounges, patios and city views. The detached guesthouse and main house combine for a total of 4,100 square feet.
