DJ Khaled recently gained $2.6 million in his pocket for selling his Beverly Hills mansion.
The music producer, also known as Khaled Mohamed Khaled, sold his seven bedroom Mulholland Estates mansion in an off-market deal for $12.5 million to plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife, Jessica. Khaled purchased the property in 2016 for $9.9 million from English songwriter and singer, Robbie Williams. The red hot post-Covid housing market is a major factor for the $2.6 million gain.
The mansion is 10,681 square feet, was built in 1992, and sits on a three quarters acre lot. The front door opens to a double height foyer with a circular staircase and interiors that have been updated. The home has seven bedrooms, including a two bedroom guest house, and 11 bathrooms. The rear of the property has a small yard and pool area with a rock water feature as well as ample lounging area.
Mullhouland Estates is a gated community and is known to be one of the most secure neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Numerous celebrities have called the gated community home, including Vanna White, Charlie Sheen, and Paris Hilton.
