The property as listed at $65,000,000 a year ago on August 4th then delisted on March 4th, 2024.
The home was sold by developer Don Bolin who built the home after buying the lot in 2012. The home includes parking for 60 cars, a theater, multiple bars, infinity pool and wine cellar, amongst other amenities.
